I used to work with Chris Shepherd (not chris shepherd radio pirate mix, another guy) my first job out of school. I had this huge respect and adoration for how cool he was... still do. :) and he is a great resource for great music finds as well. He's having a photog opening party thing. i am going to be in a hip hop video tonight... well hopefully im in it, im driving to the shoot with an incredibly slutty outfit on in hopes that they use the shots of me. im only going to have this bod another 10 years you know! please leave your costume/outfit reco's in my comments. im thinking my black tube dress and high high high heels and then ill probably wear some gold somewhere. maaan that sounds kinda pathetic. i may need to pump it up a notch. you can come to, if you want. email me!

jogee (the bachelor party junkie) was away all weekend again celebrating yet another taken man... and I had a little shower to go to in the burbs. so so exhausted because I haven't slept solo for a really long time, so i was in nightmare central, waking up at 4am to the kids from the orphanage staring at me in my bed. I KNOW! and then turn on the tv to find out the cable's out. so basically I've slept a total of 8 hours the past couple days. thank god for kootnee being home for the weekend and inviting me to her wedding related excursions. fun!!




i sooooo badly want to post pics of her in her dress but the wedding's not for 5 more weeks or something, so no can do. :( jeez yorkville dress shops are so swank. im definitely booking appointments for fun and going with my mom and drinking free champagne. uh huh yup.

friday i was all worn out from the weekly events so i sat on the couch and rented the other boleyn girl (for some reason the cable is shot but ROD is still up and running) ANYWAYS that movie is meh. i give it 2 out of 5 sardines, as the raw critic would say. and than saturday after buying the sickest D&G glasses frames with my daddio,

hitting up koot's shower in torrential downpore, i headed back to my horror movie infested apartment and decided i couldnt just sit around and be scared so i met up with the boys from stone river and hung in there ever so perfect loft. (i cant give these coordinates, but we visited 2 other lofts and they were fucking unbelievable. like jogee and i are moving there)AND we went to a professional pillow fight thing. CRAZY. i didnt get any pics of that but ill try and find some info and link it. apparently its broadcast on the internet. so intense. you have no idea...










i wore my new shirt that my bro and his WIFE bought for me in thailand. gorgeous i tell you, just gorgeous. i was really really really feeling this outfit. i even wanted to wear it again today...be prepared to see me in this often in the next few posts. :)

my first swap

so Nicole, from my new extended family held a clothing swap last night, complete with sangria. yum! we all got down to our bras and panties and had a free for all on eachother's old threads. HOLY MOTHER OF CRAP IT WAS AMAZING. Laura brought 2 suitcases full of amazing worn once merchandise. she is officially the most hard core shopaholic I have ever seen. like she literally had the same shirt in 4 different colours and winter coats and dresses and accessories and oh oh oh! definitely made the night for everyone. i would post pics of the 50 or so peices i scored but i have yet to pick them back up at Nicole's. there was so much stuff i couldnt carry it home with me! imagine! holy dream come true. so ill probably have to update later. here's a couple sweet ones from the mayhem!







i gave up a rad pair of jeans to one of the girls that had the exact same body type as me. WEIRD! im sad about that now... i wonder who got the velour sweater? anybody? i completely missed the popular item showcase and winners... ooooo can't wait to see people in my duds. remember those yellow shoes i had guys? well none of you nerds bought them off of me, so they have a wonderful new home with my body double. yay!

(Jogee) So I've been really busy at work lately with my new project. It began sometime 2 weeks ago. Usually I start by entering whatever comes into my head to Google search images and search for funny pics I can manipulate. No real reasoning or thought, just random. like just now, I'm thinking, mullets annnnnnddddd...... jello. Anywho, I think for this project I was searching monsters and somewhere along the line a made these.

so i had plans to go to Cameron's (ill link later) comic book launch party thing at revival, but never made it. sigh. jogee was like " he wouldn't have cared anyways if you went or didnt go" i had to agree. i just like to support ya know... ANYWAYS we met up with the OG gang plus some randoms for some sush after drinking free beers and watching jogee do some weird editing crap at work for some race or something. obviously i wasn't on the internet and fully paying attention to him working... whatever... it was a swell evening. i really wish Kevin would just move to toronto already though. we ended up at andy poolhall for some drinks and jogee telling me no more beers its time to go home. good thing or i would be feeling a hell of a lot worse right now. thanks honey!

holiday monday in the country, well maybe not the country but a really sick poooooool. too bad it all went overcast after 30 minutes of sunshine. very succulent burgers though. mmmmmmmmmmm

so no babies in the fam yet (not me crazies!) but my brother and his WIFE did get a hairy little something, that hopefully i get to babysit, even though it's head may touch the ceilings of our apartment when its full grown. OH MY GOD im writing this in the middle of tony horton plyometrics and SWEAT IS DRIPPING ON THE KEYBOARD. jesus. this guy is killing me.
