so in an effort to eat more vegetables we have introduced rapini into our regs rotation. boil it for 7 mins, throw it into a wok/frying pan of garlic, lemon, olive oil, chili flakes, and salt and there you have some tasty greens. pump it up a notch with some beets and hey maybe even some bbq'd pork and hot damn you have a succulent meal.
