despite the fact i was pretty bummed that Qatalyst, Andrea and Erin bailed on making it out with us, nuit blanche was fricken AMAZING. if i could find a better word then amazing i would. actually i am always looking for better words then amazing... spectacular? unbelievable (i use that one far too much), fantastic (very very lame word), hella good, wicked, whatever.. i even shift f7 that word and i can never find one i really like to use... ANYWAYS after shopping all day with Lennon (i bought a sweater which will overwhlem all the pics im in, in this post) and lennon bought a bead factory (which she already hired for and opened apparently cause i got one of her creations on saturday complete with homemade chicken soup. holy awesome deal!) and then it was off to F/X to try on princess dresses

we were in drinking mode at about 7pm, waited for clare and adam and chloe and joe to make an appearance then it was off into the drinking while walking very highschool kinda partying world. our first stop was Julian's, where we enjoyed a fine bottle of courtney and joe's wedding wine and a bamboo photoshoot...

then things started to get kinda blurry...but i do remember wanting to live in liberty village but probably just for 1 night and that one night being the nuit blanche night because otherwise its just all empty and bare and character lacking (i will likely change my mind about this when we decide to move)... and i remember dropping my lip chap at one point and then taking it out later and it was full of little peices of glass and i freaked out for a good 5 minutes while everyone else tried to convince me it wasn't a big deal (we were in positive mode, where negative mode would have completely affected my buzz if you get what im saying). it was fine my lips didnt bleed or anything, thank you for being concerned...and i remember some guy trying to sell us one of these balloons with love notes inside of them for $5.00. i doubt he did very well.

and then people started disappearing and we lost adam and clare and all of a sudden it was just the fab 4 (jogee, jimbob, lennon and yours truly) and the done right in was right in front of us so we went there for beers pretty much 10 minutes before last call. AMAZING. ha theres that word again, and lennon knew the bartender. perfect. and then we found out the nuit blanche map was made of indestructible paper. seriously, did anyone else realize this? and then we met this guy with his gigantic dog and he kept telling everyone on the patio that the dog hates his boyfriend and he attacks him whenever his boyfriend is trying to bone him. ugh.

oh and we bumped into carm and kris and kevin by the waterfall in liberty village which jogee was obsessed with all night ( i swear i heard him say " the waterfall" 700 times) it was worth it though cause thats probably where all the best stuff was anyways.

oh and smash! did you guys see smash? that part was soooo rad, they basically rented this elevator lift thing and had these 2 chicks tossing things off of it and smashing them and then they had some peeps dressed up in construction gear and they would smash the stuff more once it hit the ground. but man watching things smash when you're with a huge crowd and half in the bag is soooo entertaining.

then i think we lost lennon and jim bob and jogee and i headed over to our hood and fell upon a rave behind the AGO and OCAD and a little tent where you could get a peice of paper and pencil and draw whatever you wanted and then post it in the circle hang out area beside ocad and then times neue roman rolled up in their rented van and jammed out some tunes on the street. soooo sick. you need to myspace them immediately. jim bob if you're reading this, you should especially myspace them. the main dude was rhyming off the hizzle like mad crazy yo!

oh and did any of you guys take a time out and watch the mascots dancing in that big feild behind the gates? we couldn't go in cause we all had crap in our bags which they were dumping when you went in there but we hung out by the fence and laughed at it for a good 20 minutes.

oh and last but not least, my most favorite peice of art from the night was this dress made out of i dont even know what. actually i should do some searching for that right now... but it looked like live growing moss or some kind of textile i have never seen before. but anyways this picture doesnt do it any justice. even jogee was losing his mind over it!

i hope one of you ocad student's comment and tell me who did this.

thank you steph.

duke: i would imagine it had gigantic balls. i couldnt get over the size of its head so i didnt get a chance to venture down to his balls.
