spot me in the royal york lobby getting macaroons and coffee. haha these pictures are so funny i think.
we hit up st lawrence market and got the best snacking for the hotel room mix ever. avocado, gruyere cheese, dutch edam cheese, olives, artichokes, capicolo, hot genoa salami and raspberries and those brown pecan raisin cracker things... set up shop on one of the beds and gaver for a good hour...spent some time at the pool, but as soon as we walked in, it was dissapointment (lame pool area, fake palm tree things, bad view), attached to no house coats, attached to 15 screaming tweens judging eachother's handstands. you can see where i get my babeness in these pics though. and the hot tub was decent, the jets blasted the shit out of my back which was very much needed. thanks for the bad back ma/pa.
nice to have a mom who worked in the event planning industry for 25 years. she knows all the ins and outs of every hotel and always knows sweet secrets to get extra pampered AND has a hard core memory of sexy ballrooms. woo!
then it was off to house on parliament. GO THERE. IT IS AMAZING. AND AFFORDABLE. AND AMAZING.
every one of these meals was above average. super nice staff and if you go early you should take a walk through cabbagetown and peep all the rad old artist homes... la ti da
