i totes didn't know that that super hard shell on creme brule is just torched sugar. deeeeelish. i got slightly excited that Gavin used that torch for glass related purposes, but it was for desserts instead. can anyone buy a torch like that? how hot does it get? probably not hot enough to heat glass im guessing. probably too dangerous for me to operate anyways.
