today i tried out a new hair salon. the stylist i got had a serious british accent. i couldnt understand half the things he said to me, so i just kept laughing. it worked. MLIA

ah! the worst is when you ask them to repeat something and you still dont understand. at that point i hope it was a yes or no sort of statement, and answer 'yeah...'
