We need to talk about the smoothies our urban family has been knocking back for the past few months. Jogee bought Hayley a blender a while back - i think for her birthday last year and it has honestly changed our lives. It also slashed hayley's wrist and she had to go to the emergency room - but aside from that all positive vibes coming out of 'the blender'. Recently, and I have no idea why we didn't think of this before - but Hayley said we should start putting spinach in our smoothies. BAM! Vegetable content! I'm not a huge fan of vegetables. like i would never actually CRAVE a vegetable so this whole blender thing has definitely helped to improve that. I picked up groceries on the weekend and scoured the produce department for other smoothie ingredients - readers, it happened. i finally found a way to eat Kale without wanted to spew all over the room. If you don't already rock a blender i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you get into that scene. and if you have a blender and you've been making these ridiculously veggie power packed babies for awhile now can you comment and give us recipes for other good ones? ones that you can't taste the veggies in obvi.
now i just have to get over my addiction to processed cheese slices. I don't know how it creeped into my life a couple months ago but i am having a horribly tough time getting over it.
bahahahhaahaha I just looked up family in the urban dictionary and the first definition was this:
"A bunch of people who hate each other and eat dinner together."
LOL.

hahahaha! i looked up 'urban family':
a group of people that all gather at a particular home and spend 90% of there time there.
yup. uh huh.
when you drink smoothies you feel like your life is on track
one frozen banana, fresh strawberries, some plain yogurt, a coupe of ice cubes, some OJ, and anything else you want (flax, protein powder, carrots, etc) tastes sooo good.

stop eating that cheese. look at the picture of that cheese, and you will have trouble finding the cheese. that cheese is not cheese. it is nacho cheese.
